Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Margr service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms form a contract between you and PBEcom, Sanderboutlaan 80l, 6171BE Stein, The Netherlands (start@margr.io).

2. The service

Margr is a SaaS dashboard that connects to your Shopify store and advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to display real-time profit, margin, and ROAS data.

We provide a read-only view of your business data. We do not modify your store, products, orders, or ad campaigns.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the third-party accounts you connect (Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads) are yours to connect

Notify us immediately at start@margr.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Subscription & billing

• Free trial — 14 days, no credit card required at signup
• Subscription — monthly billing begins automatically after the trial period ends
• Cancellation — you may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for the current period
• Pricing changes — we reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Margr
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service in a way that violates Shopify's, Google's, or Meta's platform policies
• Use the service to harm, defraud, or harass any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure

6. Your data

• You retain full ownership of your Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads data
• By connecting your accounts, you grant Margr read-only access to that data solely to display your dashboard
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes

7. Limitation of liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• PBEcom is not liable for any business decisions you make based on data shown in the dashboard
• PBEcom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
